I probably could but like you said I’m not even thinking of it. One of these days I would like to locate some film for it and see if it still works. Not sure if I could find any place to develop the film though but if I could it would be worth it. 🙂
A lovely touch of nostalgia!! Wow, you really do forget, that we had to wind and focus and all sorts before you could even think of pressing the shutter switch – and then hope the subject hadn’t moved! Great picture tJackie 🙂
Thank you! And then there was developing the film – no looking at the photos you took until the pictures were developed. Now You take pictures and upload them in minutes! It’s really amazing if you think about it. 🙂
It’s mind blowing how far, in such a relatively short space of time, things have actually moved on I agree! As a photographer you must find these days much easier, though the skills you needed back then were an art form in themselves with lots of wait and see too of course 🙂
Absolutely! I find things much easier now. Especially with the size and weight of cameras. The one pictured is slightly smaller than the camera I use now but it weighs a lot more. It will be interesting to see what the future will bring. 🙂
Great photo of a great camera Jackie. There’s something elegant about the old style cameras I think. And I agree, you do still need an eye for it. Photography is still a skill and you take some stunners. 😊 xx
Love the old school stuff!

Wowee ! – you could probably sell that for a motza, Jackie – not that you’re even thinking of doing so. It’s a beauty !

There will be someone around who can do it: anyone who still processes his/her own B&W …

I’m sure your right! I’ll have to poke around the net. If I do find someone they might even know where to get film for it.

Ohdo, Jackie: such a wonderfully-kept little machine should not go unused.

I had an Agfa Clack for many years. A great little camera. Now everything is a camera, even a phone.

It certainly will!! We could end up taking snap shots just by blinking with some futuristic device 🙂

It took some knowledge and experience back then to get the settings right and get good pictures. It’s neat Jackie.
